Our average processing time to prepare and pack your order is 1-2 business days. Average shipping time is 9-15 business days. Our fulfillment center is located in the UK and products are shipped from there.
HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER
After the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and automatic tracking updates are provided. You can always check the Track & Trace yourself.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
AriQora covers the shipping costs, so you don't pay any shipping fees.
However, you will be responsible for shipping costs in the case of returns.
INCORRECT ADRESS
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and delivery, so there is always a short time window to correct an incorrect delivery address. Please contact us immediately if you think you’ve provided the wrong address.
If it is not possible to correct this within the processing timeframe, the order will already have been shipped to the incorrect address provided by the customer. Vitaleras cannot send duplicate products due to manual address errors from our customers. Please contact support@vitaleras.com.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace shows that your package was delivered to your address, but you have not received your order, please inform us. An investigation will be initiated by your local courier 14 days after the specified delivery date, and we will keep you updated until the investigation is completed.
